Is there any way to program the queue so that member requests get bumped ahead of SAM requests?
Sometimes I see that SAM has the queue filled and I'm many times hesitant to request anything because I have to wait 1 hour before SAM requests clear the queue.

It's a good idea, but I think the DMCA rules prohibit it.
